Material is presented in a step by step manner allowing you to build on the previously learned subject matter. These classes are being offered as online webinars. With the current price of gasoline and the recent increases to airfare, we
thought it might be helpful to our out of state friends to provide a more economical form of training. These courses are hands-on.
They will also include the same material as our regular classes, and be presented by a live instructor. Access to a highspeed internet connection, and email or fax will be necessary for optimum participation. Classes will begin at 9:00 a.m., and conclude at 4:30 p.m., central standard time. If you need additional time to work on the covered material, our server will be available until 9 p.m. in the evening for your use.

Our Classes
So what will your class be like? All of our training is hands on. Yes, that includes our online classes. We begin each session with a short lecture covering a particular topic. Then our students apply the covered material. Once our instructor is comfortable that all of the students have a good understanding of the material, another topic is covered. We understand that for most adults a classroom environment is not the norm. We specialize in helping adults enhance their skill sets and strive to make them comfortable while doing so. Step by step, one building block at a time.
A typical day includes lecture material, hands on application of the material, question and answer sessions and discussion as to how the presented material can be applied by the student to their companies needs. We also stress the importance of documentation, following company standards, and user friendly applications. And every once in a while a game or two.
Would you believe, we have even been asked by some of our students to give a final exam? "Hit me with your best shot, make it as challenging as possible!" And we do!
While all of our classes loosely follow a standard syllabus, we do leave room to accommodate individual questions, concerns, and applications.
Our classes are conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, central standard time, and allow our online students to work on individual exercises (or just practice what they've learned) later into the evening if they choose to do so.
